Here’s what’s included in the circuit:
- Side Lunge Balance
- Walking Twist Curls
- Squat Knee Drives
- Tapping Raises
- Side Plank Dips
Each move focuses on balance and engages multiple muscle groups at once. This means you will not only improve your stability but also enhance your coordination and core strength – skills that are crucial both in fitness and in day-to-day life.
Complete each move for 10 reps, 3-5 times through.
For best results, I recommend adding dumbbells to this session to really fire up the muscles and maximize the benefits.
